Hot Off The closes
Hot Off The assumes its post within The Soap Factory July 29. Works will be accepted on a rolling basis. No proposals will be necessary. Ten works will be chosen each week and printed in editions of ten, with a total of 40 works published over the course of the project.
Ten copies of each book will be printed; one each will go to The Soap Factory, the editors, and the author. The remaining books will be available for purchase at our shop.
Deadlines
We will print ten books each week. Books for the following week will be chosen each preceding Sunday. As with anything of this nature, the sooner you turn in your submission, the better! Weekly deadlines are as follows:
+ August 1 (for the week of August 2-8)
+ August 8 (for the week of August 9-15)
+ August 15 (for the week of August 16-22)
submissions
Please submit a document of no more than 25,000 words, or 50 pages. Posters, and other large-format submissions may have separate word/page limitations. Please feel free to contact us with any questions/concerns.
